(article from April 1999)
FORTY Nigerian children with heart ailments will travel to Israel this
year for corrective heart surgery under the Save-A-Child Surgery
Project Nigeria (SACPN).
The children, who are to be selected from a pool next Wednesday,
will join 13 others who had already benefited from the scheme,
initiated last year by the University College Hospital (UCH)-based
SACPN in collaboration with its Israeli counterpart.
