ACA was set up in 1998 as a charitable organisation for the relief of need and improve the quality of life of those who are Amannagwu or Amannagwu descent in United Kingdom and Africa. Today we are working across inner city of London.
Mission:
- To provide support and the means to address the state of poverty, alleviate hardship and social exclusion among the Amannagwu-Aro’s community;
- To promote and preserve its heritage, culture and welfare;
- To improve the skills, status and abilities of Amannagwu peoples in ways that will contribute to their lives and advancement;
- To engage Amannagwu -Aro’s outside Africa directly in process of development;
- To advance the course of racial harmony through participation and involvement;

Charitable Aim:
Our charitable aim is to address the effects of poverty and discrimination by providing a range of resources and services to support individuals and the community to acquire an improve and enhanced quality of life.
We do this by:
- working together to establish a community centre for broad range of arts & cultural, educational,
developmental, advice and community rights services aimed at addressing a wide range of needs;
- providing support to individuals, voluntary organisations or other self help groups who similarly work to improve the lives of Amannagwu;

Nigerian Association of University Women Ikeja Branch (NAUW IKJ BRN) is a group of graduate women interested in improving the mental, social, and physical lives of women and girls in Nigeria, especially in Lagos State, and particularly in Ikeja, capital of Lagos State.
